Return Poicy

1- Customers have the right to return or exchange a product within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the item is in its original condition, unused, and with its original packaging intact.

2- The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Opened or used books.

Personalized products or items customized with the child’s name or details.

3- Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 business days from the date of approval of the return request, using the original payment method.
